(NASDAQ:OCGN) stock is up 9.9% following the company’s announcement on Wednesday of a licensing agreement with Washington University in St. Louis, MO, to launch an intranasally administered COVID-19 vaccine in the United States, Europe, and Japan. In order to launch clinical studies, produce the intranasal vaccine, seek finance and investment opportunities, and respond to pandemic threats, Ocugen aims to collaborate closely with U.S. government organizations.

SMTS Stock

Shares of Sierra Metals Inc. (NYSE:SMTS) are tracking higher early on as the stock increased 2.3%.
