WINTER PARK, Fla., Nov. 22, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — CTO Realty Growth, Inc. (NYSE: CTO) (the “Company” or “CTO”) announced today that its Board of Directors has authorized, and the Company has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.38 per share of common stock for the fourth quarter of 2022 (the “Common Stock Cash Dividend”).
The Common Stock Cash Dividend represents a 14.0% year-over-year increase as compared to the Company’s fourth quarter 2021 common stock cash dividend and an annualized yield of approximately 7.5% based on the closing price of the common stock on November 21, 2022.
The Common Stock Cash Dividend is payable on December 30, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 12, 2022 and the ex-dividend date for the Common Stock Cash Dividend is December 9, 2022.
The Board of Directors also authorized, and the Company has declared, a quarterly cash dividend of $0.39844 per share of the Company’s 6.375% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock for the fourth quarter of 2022, to be paid on December 30, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on December 12, 2022.
