Third Bench Holdings, LLC (“Third Bench” or the “Company”), an operating subsidiary of New America Energy Corp. (PINK:NECA) (OTCMKTS:NECA), is happy to announce that the Ceilings Division of the Company’s subsidiary OGB Architectural Millwork (“OGB”) has already broken all previous yearly sales records.
To give some context, OGB initially began offering Architectural Wood Ceilings for sale in select circumstances in 2019. The total sales in 2019 were over $100k, and in 2020 they will be around $425k. An excellent illustration of their expertise with architectural wood ceilings may be found in the link here Ceiling Experts: Oakley Project.
The first time OGB approached the Ceilings Division seriously was in 2021, when Douglas Harrison was hired as the division’s product and project manager. When Douglas stepped in, he did a fantastic job increasing the expansion. The Ceilings Division made roughly $825k in revenue in 2021.
Third Bench: Strong sales outlook
The Company elevated Douglas earlier in 2022 and gave him the new title of Ceiling Division Manager. According to David Fair, the company’s CEO, “We are incredibly impressed by the work ethic and vigor Douglas brings to the Ceilings Division. Additionally, it has been great to be able to use many of our contacts with general contractors from our previous OGB work.”
The Ceilings Division has already reserved sales of $2 million for 2022 after adding an additional $400,000 in sales just last week.
Mr. Fair went on: “You occasionally strike it lucky. You have the necessary skills and identify the market niche where you can truly shine. We have an advantage since we are better qualified than ceilings. Our products are made with top-notch materials, we give our customers a price advantage, and our manufacturing turnaround time is quicker than the competition. There is no reason why the Ceilings Division of OGB can’t continue to grow at a faster rate if we maintain this three-fold philosophy “.
For the Ceilings Division, the Company aims to generate $3.5 million in revenue in 2023 and $5 million in 2024. This is an area where the company has space to expand because even with these figures, the market for these kinds of ceilings would still be relatively tiny.
