Fujifilm Group deploys the Advanced Security Operations Center of Verizon Business Group

Verizon Business(NYSE:VZ) is assisting FUJIFILM Holdings (OTC:FUJIY) and its subsidiaries to enhance its global cyber monitoring and cyber intelligence capabilities. As part of the continuous transformation of Fujifilm’s IT infrastructure, the company’s technical teams will now have access to Verizon’s Advanced Security Operations Center (SOC) in Canberra, Australia.

Fujifilm’s (OTC:FUJIY) network and security experts in the Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the United States will have access to daily threat intelligence feeds from Verizon’s Threat Research Advisory Center (VTRAC), as well as local-language security engineers and analysts who will monitor the company’s global remote environments 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The deployment of Fujifilm’s (OTC:FUJIY) SOC will reach a significant milestone in the establishment of a cloud-centric infrastructure architecture employing a zero-trust security framework.

According to the 2022 Verizon Data Breach Investigations Report, external attacks continue to pose an increasing risk. Organized crime has caused a 13 percent spike in ransomware breaches in a single year, which is a higher growth than in the previous five years combined.
