97 people have been sickened with E. coli food poisoning. 12 people have been hospitalized. The 97 people ate at 5 separate events. Andre’s Banquets & Catering catered each of the 5 events, according to the St. Louis County Health Department.
Many of those who got E. coli food poisoning are band students and parents from Rockwood Summit High School or Oakville High School who were attending end-of-the-season band banquets. Others got E. coli after attending an event honoring veterans or two funerals catered by Andre’s Banquets & Catering.
